HVAC Service Project Manager

Run HVAC and plumbing service projects from initial estimate through closeout, from small repairs to major retrofits and large service installations. You'll be the key point of contact for clients, internal teams, vendors and subcontractors.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare estimates, bids and proposals
• Manage schedules, procurement, costs and change orders
• Keep projects on time and on budget
• Mentor support staff
• Drive personal sales goals

Requirements:

• 5-7+ years of project engineering experience in HVAC, MEP or construction
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, ductwork, piping and refrigeration
• Procore, Bluebeam, FastPipe and FastDuct
• Familiarity with HVAC load calculations
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management, or related experience
• Occasional travel to job sites
