We are hiring an HVAC Service Manager to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with solid hands-on experience who wants steady work, a supportive team, and the chance to continue growing in the trade.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the HVAC service team, including technicians and support staff
• Plan, organize, and schedule service appointments and projects
• Ensure timely and high-quality completion of service calls and projects
• Assess and troubleshoot complex HVAC system issues
• Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and provide efficient solutions
• Manage inventory, equipment, and resources effectively
• Train and mentor team members to ensure exceptional service
• Develop strategies to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Sell HVAC maintenance agreements
• Follow up on inside sales leads and current customer upgrades
• Conduct site visits, assess needs, and present solutions clearly
• Collaborate with service/operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Track activity, proposals, and follow-ups to consistently hit targets

Qualifications:

• Strong focus/track record in selling maintenance agreements (preferred)
• Previous HVAC Sales or other Home Services Sales strongly preferred
• Previous experience in HVAC service management or a similar role
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems and service procedures
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Effective communication and customer service skills

Pay and benefits:

• Full-time, W-2 Employment
• Base pay plus commission
• $60,000 base salary
