HVAC Service - Maintenance Technician| $80,000 - $150,000+ per year

Hourly + Commission + Spiffs | Uncapped performance pay

Work Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | No weekday after hours on-call

Job Duties:

• Diagnose, service, and maintenance of residential HVAC systems
• Solve comfort and airflow issues
• Educate homeowners on repair, upgrades, and replacement options
• Participate in a light, on-call rotation during peak season

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• EPA Universal Certification
• Strong troubleshooting skills, including heat pumps, refrigerant systems, and airflow diagnostics
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Professional, customer-focused demeanor and clean-cut appearance
• Demonstrated pride in quality workmanship and attention to detail

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
