Join our team and become part of a company that values your skills, knowledge, and contribution. Essential Job Functions:Install, maintain, and service residential, commercial, and industrial HVAC and boiler systems Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical documentationProperly size, layout, and install HVAC equipment and ductworkDiagnose system issues and perform accurate repairs and replacementsCharge, recover, and reclaim refrigerants following EPA standardsBraze and solder refrigerant line sets as neededEnsure compliance with Michigan Mechanical Code and all applicable safety guidelines (OSHA, MIOSHA, MSHA) Maintain accurate and timely job documentation and field reportsCommunicate professionally with customers, contractors, and team membersKeep company vehicle clean and organized; care for company-owned tools and equipment  Preferred Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of HVAC installation and/or service experience Strong working knowledge and hands-on experience with boiler systems EPA 608 Universal Certification (Required)Valid Michigan Chauffeur's License with current Medical CardAbility to read and work from blueprints and schematics Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently or as part of a teamPhysically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working in varying environmentsMust be available for on-call HVAC service needs, including after-hours and weekends What we offer:Competitive compensation 100% company-paid health insurance for employee and dependents100% company-paid dental and vision for employee and dependents401k with 3% company match Overtime after 8 hoursPTO And much more!
