Cloud Comfort HVAC is seeking a dependable and highly organized HVAC Service Dispatcher & Scheduling Coordinator to support our technicians, communicate with customers, and help keep daily operations running efficiently.

About the Position

In this role, you will coordinate technician schedules, keep customers informed, track appointment progress, and help ensure service and installation calls are handled efficiently throughout the day.

You will work closely with technicians and service managers while helping maintain a smooth experience for customers from scheduling through completion of their appointment.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate and dispatch technicians for service calls and installation appointments
• Manage daily schedules and monitor technician routes
• Keep customers updated regarding appointment times, delays, and schedule changes
• Prioritize and coordinate urgent or emergency service requests
• Maintain accurate scheduling and dispatch records
• Communicate regularly with technicians and service managers
• Assist with incoming customer calls when needed
• Enter and update customer details in company systems
• Help organize schedules to improve technician productivity and efficiency
• Provide professional and responsive customer service throughout the day

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience with dispatching, scheduling, or service coordination is preferred
• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, or another home service industry is an advantage
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organization and the ability to manage several priorities at once
• Comfortable working with scheduling software, Microsoft Office, and computer-based systems
• Ability to stay calm and effective in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to follow through on responsibilities
