As a Service Dispatcher here, you will play a vital role in coordinating service calls and ensuring efficient communication between our technicians and customers. This position is essential for maintaining our commitment to high-quality service and customer satisfaction in the HVAC industry.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive hourly pay: $30.29 - $35.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Coordinate service requests and dispatch technicians to job sites efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates on service status.
- Utilize transportation management systems to optimize routing and scheduling.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, technician assignments, and customer interactions.
- Ensure adherence to company policies regarding phone etiquette and customer service standards.
- Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency.
- Follow up on parts needed and scheduling
Requirements
- Proven experience in transportation management or dispatching roles preferred.
- Must have previous HVAC Dispatch experience.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with transportation management systems is a plus.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
