Position: HVAC Service Dispatcher - Customer Service Specialist

Pay Range: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour depending on experience

Work Hours: Monday through Friday | 9:00Am - 5:30Pm

Currently, we have an immediate opening for an experienced HVAC Service Dispatcher - Customer Service Specialist to join our phenomenal team! This position is first point of contact with customers providing information on services required and supporting our field technicians.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Answering incoming calls
• Maintain the Service Technicians daily schedules
• Dispatching technicians to service calls
• Communicating with homeowners and service techs
• Scheduling annual maintenance
• Processing equipment warranties and rebates
• Data entry and filing
• Maintaining maintenance contract database
• Maintain customer database with current information in Service Titian - our CRM
• Clear and concise communications with the department managers, employees, and company customers.

What We're Looking for:

• High school diploma or GED
• 2 years of experience in a similar role of dispatching or schedule coordinating
• Advanced computer and customer service skills
• Impeccable phone etiquette
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized within a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of the HVAC industry is preferred
• Scheduling experience for HVAC, Plumbers, and/or Electricians is preferred
