We are currently seeking a Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Richmond, VA . If you enjoy troubleshooting, hands-on work, and delivering exceptional customer service, this is a great opportunity for you.
What You'll Do
As a Commercial HVAC Service Technician, you will play a key role in servicing and maintaining commercial and industrial HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance. Responsibilities include:
Maintain and service HVAC systems including hydronic, steam, forced hot air, and heat pumps
Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues accurately and efficiently
Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams
Perform preventive maintenance to extend equipment life and performance
Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and professionalism
Deliver excellent customer service on every job
What We're Looking For
1 to 5 years of HVAC service or installation experience, or equivalent training and education
Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and repair skills
Experience installing and servicing HVAC systems and related equipment
EPA or CFC Certification required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and documentation skills
Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment screening, including drug screen and background checks as required

Work Environment and Physical Requirements
This is a hands-on role in a commercial setting. You can expect:
Work in indoor and outdoor environments with varying temperatures and conditions
Frequent standing, climbing, bending, and lifting
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Occasional driving between job sites
Exposure to construction materials and mechanical equipment
