HVAC Scheduling & Service Dispatcher

Role and ResponsibilitiesDISPATCHER & CSR

• Answering multi-line phones and emails from customers, prioritizing service calls and accurately tracking all dispatched calls.
• Detailed data entry including customer information, address, telephone numbers, memos, invoices and attachments.
• Able to professionally make outbound calls to a variety of customers in order to schedule maintenance, repairs (Parts, Installations etc.) or additional services turned in by the technicians.
• Present a professional image of the company in all methods of communication (verbal, written or in person) &Maintain a POSITIVE ATTITUDE at all times.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in a scheduling or service dispatching in the construction industry, in HVAC preferred.
• Skilled with Microsoft Office Outlook & multi-line telephone system.
• Strong history in customer relations.
• Must be able to read, write & speak English fluently; verbal Spanish fluency a plus.
• Must be able to follow and enforce company policies.
• Must be able to pass an immediate drug test.
