Established residential HVAC company is growing and looking to add experienced Sales Technicians / Comfort Advisors to our team.
This role is ideal for a tech who is strong with diagnostics and ready to maximize earnings by helping homeowners make confident repair vs. replacement decisions.
What You’ll Do
Run pre-set, company-provided residential leads (3–4 per day)
Diagnose system issues and present clear repair and replacement options
Build trust with homeowners and guide them to the best solution
Combine technical expertise with sales to increase overall ticket value
Compensation
Commission-based pay with uncapped earning potential
Consistent performers earn $100K–$200K+
