SLATECO HEATING AND COOLING LLC is looking for a motivated and personable HVAC Sales Representative to join our growing team in Roseto, PA. Responsibilities:

• Generate and pursue new sales leads for residential and/or commercial HVAC systems
• Conduct in-home or on-site consultations to assess customer heating and cooling needs
• Present and recommend HVAC equipment, service agreements, and installation packages
• Prepare accurate estimates, proposals, and sales contracts
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers to close deals and ensure satisfaction
• Collaborate with installation and service technicians to ensure seamless project delivery
• Stay current on HVAC product lines, industry trends, and energy efficiency standards

Requirements:

• Prior experience in HVAC sales, home services sales, or a related field preferred
• Strong knowledge of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems and equipment
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage a sales pipeline independently
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel
• Proficiency with basic computer tools for estimates, proposals, and CRM software
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade certifications a plus
•  Ability to pass a standard background check
