What You'll Be Doing

• Meeting with homeowners, evaluate comfort needs, design appropriate HVAC solutions and present clear options.
• Developing referral and self-generated opportunities, not just rely on company leads.
• Runing marketed leads and technician turnover opportunities; follow up promptly and professionally.
• Preparing accurate proposals and installation build sheets and obtain all required approvals and documentation.
• Coordinating a complete sales-to-install handoff and participate in coaching and training.

What You'll Earn

You'll earn $120,000 to $150,000 per year in this role. This is performance-based pay for someone who wants their effort and skill to show up in their paycheck. You'll also be stepping into a role with ongoing training and support, so your ability to grow here isn't left to chance.
