The Big Task: Comfort Advisors will generate sales through prequalified leads in a residential setting.  Education of customers as to the workings of their heating and cooling system along with reasons and options for replacement.

Key Tasks:

• Guide our customers through our sales process
• Following our sales process which includes conducting a through needs analysis through documentation of prescriptive survey
• Conducting a heat load calculation to provide correct equipment sizing
• Documentation of installation environment with pictures and videos
• Collection of payments and / or processing financing applications
• Full completion of all electronic or paper forms on a timely basis
• Communication with Sales Lead Coordinator, Sales Manager, Installation Manager, Installation Coordinator on customer issues, installation date and equipment need.
• Maintain excellent customer service and receive testimonials, reviews, and referral leads from customers
• Continuously expand on your knowledge of Heating and Cooling products and standards

Desired Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in customer-facing sales
• Must be able to show a previous high-level closing rate
• Able to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize to fit our customers' needs
• Strong communication, listening and problem-solving skills
• Strong commitment to detail and punctuality
• Possess an insatiable quest for knowledge with a consistent dedication to improving your quality of work
• Ability to work a flexible, varying schedule including some nights and Saturdays
• High school diploma  or equivalent
