Our Sales Assistants schedule appointments for you, allowing you to focus on what you do best: helping homeowners find the right comfort solutions for their needs.

Position Summary

As a Residential Sales Representative, you will meet with homeowners, assess their HVAC and home comfort needs, develop customized solutions, present proposals, close sales, and ensure a positive customer experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with homeowners to identify their HVAC and home comfort needs.
• Present customized HVAC system recommendations and maintenance programs.
• Guide customers through the sales process and help them make informed decisions.
• Prepare estimates, proposals, financing options, and sales agreements.
• Follow up on leads, proposals, and completed installations.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Address customer questions and overcome objections professionally.
• Participate in company marketing and sales initiatives, including community and referral events.
• Work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience required.
• Proven success in in-home sales strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate Degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
