WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
Service gas furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and boilers
Deliver outstanding customer service on every call
Present customers with professional repair and replacement options
Identify replacement opportunities and generate leads for our Comfort Advisors
Recommend maintenance memberships, indoor air quality solutions, and financing options
Complete accurate service tickets and job documentation
Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked service vehicle

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

5+ Years of Residential HVAC Service Experience Preferred
Strong Diagnostic and Troubleshooting Abilities
Experience with Gas Furnaces, Heat Pumps, Air Conditioning, and Boilers Preferred
EPA Certification Required
Valid Driver's License with a Clean Driving Record
Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills
Ability to Work Independently and Solve Problems
Professional Appearance and a Positive Attitude
