    Position OverviewWe’re seeking experienced Residential HVAC Service Technicians with EPA Universal Certification to join our growing team. In this hands-on role, you’ll service, repair, and install residential HVAC systems while delivering excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities
    • Install and start up residential HVAC systems (change-outs)
    • Diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems
    • Replace and repair ductwork and insulation
    • Perform inspections and replace worn components
    • Test systems for leaks and performance issues
    • Communicate effectively with customers and team members
    • Complete service reports and documentation
    • Follow all safety standards and building codes
    Qualifications
    • 3–5 years of residential HVAC experience
    • EPA Universal Certification required
    • Valid driver’s license
    • Ability to pass background check and drug screening
    • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Physical ability to perform attic work and lift heavy equipment
