    It’s 8:00 a.m. in East Windsor and the lab hums to life. You power up industry-standard HVAC systems, lay out gauges and meters, and welcome a new wave of learners. By mid-morning, you’re guiding students through diagnostics in a fully equipped facility. After lunch, you shift to theory—translating real-world challenges into lessons that stick. As the day winds down, you celebrate student progress and prep for tomorrow. And the best part? Your week runs four days, with a three-day weekend to recharge—every week.

    Lincoln Tech is seeking experienced S1 or S2 HVAC Technicians who are ready to turn field expertise into impact. Join a proven program with strong graduate outcomes and help future technicians launch successful careers.

    What you’ll do

    • Teach HVAC technologies using an accredited curriculum that blends theory and application.
    • Lead hands-on training in a fully outfitted, industry-standard lab environment.
    • Foster an engaging, student-centered classroom that supports growth and confidence.
    • Track progress and deliver clear, constructive feedback to each learner.
    • Build lesson plans that align with current industry standards and best practices.
    • Stay current with evolving HVAC/R technologies, tools, and methods.
    • Collaborate with faculty peers to continuously enhance program effectiveness.
    • Prepare students for certification exams and long-term career success.

    What you bring

    • 3+ years of experience as an HVAC Technician.
    • S1 or S2 license (or the ability to obtain an S license).
    • High school diploma or GED.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Motivational teaching style and the ability to engage diverse learners.
    • A genuine passion for mentoring and helping others succeed.
