What you’ll do
- Teach HVAC technologies using an accredited curriculum that blends theory and application.
- Lead hands-on training in a fully outfitted, industry-standard lab environment.
- Foster an engaging, student-centered classroom that supports growth and confidence.
- Track progress and deliver clear, constructive feedback to each learner.
- Build lesson plans that align with current industry standards and best practices.
- Stay current with evolving HVAC/R technologies, tools, and methods.
- Collaborate with faculty peers to continuously enhance program effectiveness.
- Prepare students for certification exams and long-term career success.
What you bring
- 3+ years of experience as an HVAC Technician.
- S1 or S2 license (or the ability to obtain an S license).
- High school diploma or GED.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Motivational teaching style and the ability to engage diverse learners.
- A genuine passion for mentoring and helping others succeed.
