- Leading hands-on labs in a modern shop with industry-standard equipment, demonstrating real-world troubleshooting and system maintenance.
- Designing engaging lessons anchored in current industry practices and certification expectations.
- Tracking learner progress, offering clear feedback, and coaching toward career readiness.
- Collaborating with fellow instructors to refine learning experiences and elevate program outcomes.
- Staying current with evolving HVAC/R tools, systems, and best practices.
- Preparing students to sit for certification exams and step confidently into the workforce.
What you bring:
- 3+ years of hands-on HVAC Technician experience.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong communication, patience, and the ability to motivate diverse learners.
- A genuine passion for teaching, mentoring, and sharing know-how.
