The mission

We’re expanding our Greater Hartford operation and seeking a hands-on technician who thrives on diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing residential HVAC systems with precision and integrity.

Your impact

• Diagnose and repair furnaces, central AC, heat pumps, air handlers, thermostats, and controls
• Execute preventive maintenance to maximize performance and lifespan
• Apply electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to confirm root causes and validate repairs
• Educate homeowners on system health and options—without high-pressure tactics
• Document thoroughly, communicate clearly, and keep vehicles/workspaces organized

What sets you up for success

Experience in residential HVAC service is ideal, and backgrounds from light-commercial or facilities HVAC often translate seamlessly. We care about your real-world capability—not whether your resume mirrors a specific title or lists every brand. Management experience isn’t required; contribute as a strong technician now and pursue leadership as you’re ready.

Compensation and support

• $80,000–$100,000 annually, with performance incentives and overtime opportunities
