HVAC/R Service and Maintenance Specialist — Aaron & Trecker
Where: Lake Zurich, IL | Pay: Up to $25/hour (DOE) | Experience Needed: 1–3 years
Is this you?
- Do you arrive on time, follow directions, and close out every job with pride?
- Have 1–3 years working on HVAC service and installs?
- Comfortable maintaining residential split systems (gas furnace/AC) or commercial RTUs?
- Confident on ladders and safety-focused?
- Live within about 15 miles of Lake Zurich, IL?
- Hold an EPA Universal Certification and a valid driver’s license in good standing?
- Bring a stable work history and a strong work ethic?
What you’ll handle
- Preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair for residential split systems and light commercial RTUs
- Occasional installations and start-ups; ensuring clean, code-compliant work
- Clear communication with customers; recommending replacements when appropriate
- Accurate documentation of findings and parts used
- Representing Aaron & Trecker with professionalism and reliability
