What You’ll Tackle
- Install, maintain, and service a wide range of systems: heat pumps, air conditioners, gas furnaces, oil furnaces, gas and oil boilers, geothermal systems, rooftop units, cooling towers, and other HVAC equipment.
- Verify that every job aligns with company standards, manufacturer specifications, and local codes.
- Present clear findings and repair recommendations to customers professionally.
- Complete service tickets and keep accurate records.
- Work safely, efficiently, and keep your work area clean.
- Support customers across residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional settings.
- Navigate attics, crawlspaces, basements, and outdoor environments comfortably.
- Participate in an on-call rotation.
Who Thrives Here
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- EPA Type 2 Certification.
- 2 years of HVAC experience preferred (we value aptitude and attitude, too).
- Skilled in installing, maintaining, and servicing HVAC systems and components.
- Mechanical problem-solver with strong troubleshooting instincts.
- Clear communicator with solid customer service and time management skills.
- Professional work ethic, positive outlook, and eagerness to learn.
- Comfortable with technology and cloud-based systems (e.g., ServiceTitan).
- Capable of the physical demands: lifting equipment and working in varying weather conditions.
