AllStar Heating & Cooling Corp. is seeking a motivated full-time HVAC/PTAC Helper to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to learn a skilled trade while working alongside experienced technicians in a supportive, hands-on environment.

What You’ll Do
- Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC and PTAC systems
- Support technicians by providing tools, materials, and supplies
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Track equipment and inventory
- Help organize the shop and warehouse
- Take on additional tasks as needed to support the team
What We’re Looking For
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in the HVAC field
- Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented attitude
- Basic familiarity with tools and maintenance equipment
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and handle physical job demands
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Must be drug-free and willing to undergo testing
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation and residence within 15 miles of Carol Stream
- Comfortable interacting with customers
