HVAC Project Manager

A mechanical contractor is hiring an HVAC Project Manager to own projects from proposal through final delivery.

What you'll do

• Build client relationships and grow business with commercial and industrial customers
• Prepare proposals, estimates and presentations, including system design and equipment selection
• Negotiate contracts, pricing and service agreements
• Lead projects from sale to completion on scope, schedule and budget
• Coordinate engineers, installers and subcontractors; manage contracts, change orders and reports
• Ensure code, safety and regulatory compliance; mentor junior staff

What you bring

• 3-5 years in HVAC sales, project management or mechanical contracting
• Bachelor's in engineering, HVAC design or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
• P.E., E.I.T. or HVAC certifications a plus
• Knowledge of airside, chilled water, steam and heating systems
• Familiarity with project management tools and CRM platforms
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Must pass a background check
