Responsibilities:- Financial accountability for construction projects and project deliverables
- Project setup (job add, submittals, project plan, etc.)
- Ordering equipment and/or materials
- Developing schedules based on estimate
- Administration of job site records
- Project close out (O and M, warranty letter, as-builts, etc.)
- Produce or price change orders
- Ownership of project management systems
- Vendor management
- Maintain budget
- Ability to read/interpret blueprints
- Ability to read plans and specs and translate into installation
- Ability to read and understand legal contracts
- Direct involvement in the functional project team for the life of the project
- Stay up-to-date on industry training and software advancements
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Certification, professional license, or credential preferred
- 3 to 7 years of relevant experience required
- 7 to 10 years of relevant experience preferred
- PMP or B.S. Construction Management preferred
- Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology experience preferred
- AutoCAD, Vista and Bluebeam system experience preferred
- Microsoft Office Suite experience required
