Job Title: Project Manager

Reports to: Director of Project Office

Location: Remote

Work Hours: Monday thru Friday, flexible hours between 7:00am - 6:00pm, with occasional overtime

Pay Scale: $25.00-$30.00 hourly

Position Summary: The Project Manager oversees the successful delivery of web, print and digital projects; ensuring they are completed on time and within scope. This role requires a detail-oriented, organized and proactive individual who excels at team leadership and clear communication. The Project Manager works closely with the internal team and supports the Marketing Coach in managing client expectations by effectively communicating timelines and processes.

Required Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills, oral & written
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Good computer skills including, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft Project.
• Commercial HVAC experience preferred
• 3+ Years experience in Project Management
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent
