Project Manager – Commercial HVAC (VRF Systems)

About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in leading commercial HVAC projects from preconstruction through closeout. This position is ideal for a driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at coordinating people, processes, and priorities to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, ensuring seamless communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation to drive on-time, on-budget completion
- Oversee and process RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
- Partner with internal teams on proposal development, procurement, and project planning
- Track project progress and proactively address issues to maintain standards for quality, cost control, and safety
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies
Qualifications
- Experience in commercial HVAC project management or construction coordination
- Strong organizational and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of project documentation, scheduling, and budgeting
- Familiarity with VRF systems or high-efficiency HVAC technologies is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is a plus (equivalent experience considered)
