HVAC Project Engineer | $60,000 - $75,000 Salary, depending on experienceWork Schedule: Monday through Friday Work Hours: Flexible, 8-hour block of time between 5:00am - 4:00pmJob Duties: Involved with all facets of the project, from up front coordination during the design process through execution and close out A large portion of the position involves office related support to our Field in order to make the installation as efficient as possibleCommunicate with customers, suppliers, and other team members.Review submittals for completeness and compliance with drawings.Processes submittals and keep project team apprised of schedule needs.Work closely with Project Manager, Engineering, and Field Leads through the duration of the project.RFI's: review, write, log, submit and track.Understand scope of design change documents.File project documentation.Understand schedule needs of the project and communicate such with subcontractors and suppliers.Assemble O&M manuals.Job site visits to ensure projects are on track, about 1 time per monthEmerald Aire, Inc. | Auburn WA We are a is a Design Build HVAC contractor specializing in VRF.
