We're looking for a motivated, organized professional to join our team as an HVAC Project Coordinator.This is more than a scheduling position. You'll be the person who keeps residential HVAC replacement projects moving by coordinating customers, sales, installation teams, warehouse staff, and suppliers from the initial sale through project completion.If you enjoy solving problems, staying organized, and helping a team succeed, we'd love to meet you.What You'll DoCoordinate residential HVAC replacement projects from sale to completionSchedule installation crews and manage project timelinesCommunicate with customers throughout their projectCoordinate permits, inspections, equipment, materials, rebates, and warranty registrationsSupport our Comfort Advisors with scheduling and sold-job processingWork closely with installers, warehouse staff, and leadership to keep projects on trackHelp identify process improvements and contribute to a positive team cultureSupervise one administrative team memberWhat We're Looking ForExcellent organizational and communication skillsSomeone who enjoys coordinating people and solving problemsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong computer skills and attention to detailExperience in project coordination, operations, construction, or customer service is preferredHVAC experience is a plus, but not required. We're looking for someone with the right attitude, professionalism, and organizational skills.
