Pool Equipment Repair Technician / Pool MechanicAquaSafe Pool Management is seeking an experienced HVAC, Plumber, and pool mechanic to maintain and repair commercial and residential pool systems. This position focuses on filtration systems, pumps, motors, plumbing, and heater diagnostics across multiple facilities.This role is ideal for candidates with experience in Plumbing, Pool equipment repair, HVAC, Construction, Mechanical, Maintenance, or Facility Maintenance.ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair pool filtration systems and circulation equipmentTroubleshoot pool pumps, motors, and electrical componentsPerform pool plumbing repairs, including PVC piping, valves, fittings, and leak detectionInspect and service equipment rooms and filtration systemsConduct pool heater diagnostics and repairs (gas heaters, heat pumps, electric systems)Install or replace pumps, filters, valves, and automation equipmentMaintain proper water circulation, pressure, and filtration performanceDocument repairs and maintenance performed at each propertyPreferred ExperiencePool equipment repair or pool mechanic experiencePlumbing or mechanical repair experienceHVAC or heating system troubleshootingExperience repairing pool pumps, filters, motors, and heatersKnowledge of PVC plumbing systemsExperience with commercial pool equipment preferredConcrete pool repair or structural pool work is a plusRequirements2+ years of mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, or pool service experienceValid driver's licenseAbility to lift 50 lbs or moreAbility to work outdoors and travel between job sitesStrong troubleshooting and diagnostic skillsPay & BenefitsCompetitive pay based on experienceCompany vehicle or vehicle reimbursementOpportunities for advancement within AquaSafe Pool ManagementWork with a growing regional pool management companyLocationService areas include Maryland, Washington DC, Virginia, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware
