We are adding an HVAC Parts and Warehouse Associate to help coordinate daily materials, maintain an orderly facility, and make sure our field employees are ready to serve customers.

This is an active, hands-on position for someone who likes variety, works carefully, and enjoys being an important part of a team.

A Typical Day

Your day may begin by receiving an equipment shipment and confirming that every item arrived correctly. You may then organize new parts, prepare materials for an upcoming installation, help a technician locate a replacement component, or load equipment into a company vehicle.

Throughout the day, you will help keep warehouse activity moving by:

• Checking incoming products for quantity, condition, and accuracy
• Placing parts and supplies in their assigned locations
• Selecting and staging materials based on job requirements
• Organizing equipment for installation and service crews
• Recording inventory movement through company systems or established processes
• Reporting low stock, discrepancies, damaged products, or backordered items
• Assisting with cycle counts and physical inventory checks
• Processing returns and preparing warranty items for shipment
• Maintaining orderly shelves, storage areas, aisles, and loading zones
• Helping secure and track tools and company-owned equipment
• Loading or unloading products using safe handling practices
• Delivering or picking up parts and materials when requested
• Assisting with general warehouse and facility projects
• Communicating with technicians, office employees, and supervisors about material needs

• Can perform the physical duties of an active warehouse position
• Hold a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent

Experience in warehousing, shipping and receiving, inventory, delivery, HVAC, plumbing, construction, or another skilled trade is preferred. However, reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn are equally important.
