Responsibilities Sell Johnson Controls offerings persuasively and confidently to decision‑makers at the Director and facility leadership levelIdentify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referralsBuild and maintain strong customer relationships to drive long‑term partnershipsFocus on selling, renewing, and expanding service agreements, including multi‑year agreementsIdentify customer needs and recommend solutions related to HVAC systems, controls, and building performanceDrive additional revenue through mechanical retrofits, controls upgrades, and system improvementsExecute the sales process to consistently generate and close opportunitiesCollaborate with internal teams including sales, operations, and engineering to deliver solutionsPresent value‑based solutions aligned to customer operational, environmental, and business objectivesMaintain accurate account and opportunity information using CRM toolsSupport customer satisfaction, resolve issues, and identify ongoing expansion opportunitiesQualifications Minimum of 2–3 years of field sales or related experienceExperience selling HVAC, building automation (BAS), or technical service solutionsDemonstrated ability to sell service agreements or other intangible solutionsStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence decision‑makersSelf‑motivated with the ability to manage opportunities and close businessCommitment to integrity and quality in businessBachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field (preferred)Experience selling service agreements, maintenance contracts, or recurring revenue solutions (preferred)Knowledge of HVAC systems and/or building automation systems (preferred)Experience identifying and selling retrofit or system upgrade opportunities (preferred)Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) (preferred)Exposure to formal sales processes or methodologies (preferred)Salary & Benefits Salary Range: $60,400–$90,000 (salary to be determined by experience, education, location, and market data).
