Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Technician to join our tea. The ideal canidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and mechanical systems. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitiment to providing exceptional customer service. The HVAC Technician will work on various projects including system installation, repair, and maintenance across small commericial and residential properties. 

Job Responsibilities

Install, service, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning and heating units and possibly automation systems. 

Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals related to HVAC design. and electrical systems. 

Diagnose issues using electtical diagnostics tools. 

Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency. 

Repair mechanical components using hand tool and nechanical knowledge. 

Conduct plumbing work related to HVAC systems when necessary.

Ensure compliance with E{A regulations reguarding refrigerant handling and enviromental safety standards. 

Assist in the installation of HVAC equpment in new construction or renovation projects. 

Maintain detailed service records and documentation of repair preformed

Provide excellent customer service by clearly communicationg issues and solutions to clients.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a service technician within the HVAC industry.

Strong understanding of HVAC systems repair, installation, and maintenace procedures.

Knowledge of schematics, HVAC design principles, electrical diagnostics, and building automation systems.

Mechanical knowledge with experience in mechanical systems repair.

Familiarity with electrical systems diagnostics and trouble-shooting techniques.

EPA Certification for refrigerant handling is required.

Valid drivers licence with clean driving record

At least 2 yrs experience with HVAC/R systems. 

Ability to read blueprints 

Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and able to work on your own or with others as needed.

Must pass drug test including Marijuana
