JOB SUMMARY

Manages and develops HVAC service staff
Assists the dispatching operation in ensuring appropriate technician selection for the type ofservice
Capacity planning to maximize efficiency in achieving profit andcustomer satisfaction objectives
Oversees employee training, safety tracking, employee compliance assessments, and incident investigations
Provides coaching, feedback, and ongoing technical and communication training to allsubordinates to increase performance
Run service calls as-needed
Participate in community events
Promote business and attract leads

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Must have a minimum of 5 years of verifiable managerial, technical, and sales experience inHVAC or related field
Must have growth midset for start-up HVAC company
Professionalism and enthusiasm
Excellent customer service
Consistent track record of meeting/exceeding annual revenue goals
Top-tier communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Sales Experience
In depth knowledge of Service Titan software

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
