What You'll Do
- Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and service calls on residential HVAC equipment.
- Troubleshoot heating and cooling system issues and recommend effective solutions.
- Build trust and rapport with homeowners through exceptional customer service.
- Ask thoughtful questions to understand customer needs and lifestyle preferences.
- Educate customers on system performance, repair options, maintenance agreements, and financing solutions.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual performance and revenue goals.
- Present yourself professionally to generate referrals and repeat business.
- Collaborate with customer service representatives and dispatch teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment and properly stocked service vehicle.
- Participate in training programs, team meetings, company events, and professional development opportunities.
- Mentor and support apprentices and less experienced technicians.
- Complete all required paperwork, invoices, timesheets, and service documentation accurately and promptly.
What We're Looking For
- Experience servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting residential HVAC systems.
- Strong knowledge of local HVAC codes and industry best practices.
- Commitment to continued professional development, including NATE certification and ongoing training.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
