What You’ll Do

  • Perform routine HVAC system maintenance to ensure optimal efficiency and performance
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform preventative maintenance on residential HVAC systems
  • Inspect equipment, identify potential issues, and provide customers with recommended solutions
  • Follow daily schedules, complete assigned work orders, and maintain detailed service records
  • Educate customers on best practices for maintaining their HVAC systems
  • Use ServiceTitan software to track maintenance work and document system conditions
  • Maintain compliance with HVAC codes, safety regulations, and company standards
  • Represent the company professionally with a positive attitude and appearance
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor or manager

What You Bring

  • Basic HVAC knowledge (required)
  • Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods
  • Physical dexterity to perform hands-on work safely and efficiently
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record (required)
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test (required)
