We're hiring HVAC Maintenance Technicians. If you have residential HVAC experience, good character, and want to grow your career with a team that invests in your training, we'd love to talk to you.
$19.50 - $25.50/hr, based on experience

Typically 8 AM to 5 PM. It's the trades, so some days run longer than others.
Techs also take turns on a rotating 12 PM to 9 PM shift that includes the weekend, followed by a 4-day weekend off.
Run residential HVAC maintenance and service calls on systems less than 10 years old
Perform thorough evaluations with a focus on system performance and indoor air quality
Follow our Nexstar service process: evaluate, present options, and get the homeowner's approval before starting work
Walk homeowners through their options, including maintenance plans and financing
Work alongside customer service and dispatch, and keep a clean, well-stocked truck
Join morning meetings and ongoing training to keep growing your skills
Residential HVAC maintenance or service experience (beginner to intermediate)
Good character and a coachable attitude
EPA 608 certification, or willingness to get it
Willingness to learn and follow the Nexstar service system (no prior Nexstar experience required)
A clean, insurable driving record and the ability to pass a skills test, background check, and drug screen
ServiceTitan experience is a plus; we'll train you
