The Pay

• Most lead installers earn commissions between $80,000-$110,000 per year. Top techs earn 130,000+
• Steady work each week with growth and training opportunities
• 40+ hours per week with longer weeks in peak season

What "Lead" Means Here

• You run your own crew and hold the team accountable
• You own the install from plan to walkthrough: reading the job, directing the crew, keeping it safe, and meeting company standards.
• You'll also talk with customers, explain their systems clearly, and make sure they feel taken care of
• Work in residential environments (expect attics, crawlspaces, heat, and heavy lifting).

What You Bring

• 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience, including as a lead or crew foreman
• EPA 608 certification preferred
• Ability to read plans, size and set equipment, run ductwork and lines, and start up systems correctly
• High School Diploma
• A valid driver's license and a clean record
• Apprenticeship or HVAC school is a plus, but proven install experience matters most
