Your impact
- Deliver accredited HVAC curriculum in both classroom and lab settings.
- Run live demonstrations and facilitate safe, hands-on practice with industry-standard equipment.
- Design engaging learning experiences and a supportive climate for growth.
- Assess understanding, document progress, and offer actionable feedback.
- Keep content aligned with current codes, tools, and technologies.
- Partner with faculty to elevate program quality and student outcomes.
- Coach students toward certifications and job-readiness.
What you’ll need
- 3+ years of hands-on HVAC technician experience.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Talent for motivating and engaging diverse learners.
- A passion for teaching and mentoring.
Choose your schedule
- Part-time Evening: Monday – Thursday, 6:15 PM – 10:30 PM
- Part-time Weekend: Friday – Sunday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
