We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installers to join our team, providing expert installation for a variety of commercial and industrial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong HVAC/mechanical knowledge, experience with various heating and cooling systems, and the ability to interpret schematics and HVAC design plans.
Responsibilities:
- Performing various HVAC install related jobs on our commercial construction sites, customer facilities, HVAC equipment replacement projects, etc.
- Able to perform most HVAC related tasks independently with limited oversight from a foreman or manager.
- Perform installation of copper refrigerant, various hydronic piping types, etc. including brazing, soldering, threading, pro-pressing, etc.
- Proficient at most sheet metal duct system installations from project rough-in to finish GRDs.
- Ability to work with various HVAC equipment systems within the HVAC industry.
- Must have ability to perform basic trade related math calculations for proper installation of equipment.
- Must possess the ability to read and understand blueprints, specifications and submittal sheets.
- Must be proficient in the use of HVAC and construction trade hand and power tools and equipment.
- Must have ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach and lift heavy objects.
- Must have basic understanding of installation, HVAC systems, and operating control systems.
