    Job Description
    We are seeking a dependable, motivated HVAC Service Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and committed to providing excellent customer service while working safely and efficiently.

    Responsibilities:
    • Diagnose and repair heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems.
    • Perform routine preventative maintenance and system inspections.
    • Install Residential HVAC equipment, accessories, and components as needed.
    • Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and airflow issues.
    • Communicate findings and repair recommendations clearly with customers.
    • Maintain accurate service records, invoices, and job documentation.
    • Follow company safety procedures and industry standards.
    • Participate in on-call rotation and after-hours emergency service when scheduled.
    • Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory.
    • Work independently and as part of a team.

    Qualifications:
    • Experience in residential and/or commercial HVAC service.
    • EPA Certification (preferred).
    • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
    • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
    • Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
    • Good communication and customer service skills.
    • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions.
    • NATE certification preferred but not required.

    Schedule:
