This role requires hands-on technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver installations efficiently and to the highest standard.

What You’ll Do:
- Perform HVACR installations safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
- Communicate professionally with customers, team members, and suppliers.
- Identify and refer opportunities for additional services, upgrades, or system add-ons to the sales team.
- Maintain accurate job documentation and uphold TRS’s quality and integrity standards.
What You Bring:
- 3-5 years of HVACR installation experience, including furnaces, air conditioners, boilers, generators, heat pumps, and water heaters.
- Strong verbal, reading, and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Own basic hand tools and refrigerant gauges.
- Capable of working in physically demanding conditions and varying weather.
- Valid NYS driver’s license and insurable under company policy.
- EPA certification preferred (training/testing assistance available).
