You will install and replace split systems, package units, air handlers, condensers, ductwork, and related equipment while overseeing an installation helper or crew. Throughout the day, you will review installation specifications, determine the materials and equipment required for each job, and ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company and code requirements. You will perform quality-control checks, start up and test newly installed systems, troubleshoot installation issues, and make necessary adjustments to ensure proper operation.
