    Responsibilities

    • New company supplied iPad & access to integrated software
    • You will install residential heating and cooling systems, ensuring all installations meet high quality, safety, and code standards while delivering an excellent customer experience
    • Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini-splits
    • Replace old or inefficient systems with new energy-efficient models
    • Fabricate, assemble, and install ductwork and piping as required
    • Test and verify system performance, airflow, and calibration
    • Review completed installations with homeowners and provide system operation instructions
    • Maintain compliance with building codes, manufacturer specifications, and safety standards
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
    • Maintain organized tools, materials, and company vehicles

    QUALIFICATIONS FOR A RESIDENTIAL HVAC INSTALLER - HVAC INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN
    • EPA Certification
    • Strong communication skills
    • Valid driver's license

    Two years of relevant experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person! Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? Can you manage your time effectively?     Compensation: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour




    Each franchise location is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
