HVAC Installer Parker-Arntz Plumbing & Heating, Inc. is in search of an HVAC Installation / Service Technician to add to our Greenville team! Qualified individuals must have a minimum (5) years of experience, be highly organized, self-starters, highly motivated and be able work 50+ hours per week . New commercial & residential construction, replacements, remodeling, residential & commercial service. Responsibilities: - Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in residential and commercial settings
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and make necessary repairs
- Collaborate with team members to complete installations and repairs in a timely manner
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry standards when working with HVAC equipment
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions about HVAC systems
Qualifications - 5+ years of HVAC experience with both Installation and Service responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including understanding of electrical wiring, refrigerant handling, and airflow principles
- Proficient in using tools and equipment commonly used in HVAC installations and repairs
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate installation and repair work
- Effective communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and supervisors
