He or she will be required to utilize completed scoping documents, pictures, information, and measurements to provide a comprehensive list of equipment, materials, parts, tools, and other necessary items to complete the project. He or she will maintain high-quality work for each project through concise and proper planning and instruction and communicate the plan to the installation teams. The Scoper will be a part of the completed job review process to identify areas of improvement, callbacks/recalls, or other obstacles that could affect company performance and profitability.Required Qualifications: Available for regular, in-person, job & department-specific training 10+ years' experience in Residential HVAC Excellent computer skills and communication skills (verbal and written) Team-player Professional phone skills Strong interpersonal skills Well organized and able to work independently and remotely Experience with ServiceTitan, CompanyCam, and Microsoft Office Ability to work off hours during peak season (Apr 15 - Sept 15) Problem-solving through research, inquiry, and adaptive measures Candidates will be required to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening upon being given a conditional offer of employment
