HVAC Installation Manager

Local Residential HVAC Contractor in Phoenix is looking for a HVAC Installation Manager to oversee their retrofit/changeout department.

HVAC Installation Manager

Pay: $80,000 to 128,000 per year, depending on experience

Schedule: Monday through Friday | overtime as needed

Primary Duties of this role include: To manage the installation operations of the company, including the scheduling and dispatch of the crews. Clear and concise communications with company customers, including keeping customers appraised as to company schedule and requested lead time. Oversee the training and efficiency of company installers. Implementation and enforcement of company's policies and procedures. The overall supervision of the company's installation crew and the profitability of installation jobs.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of HVAC Management experience
• Residential Install experience
• Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding revenue objectives in HVAC and/or service industry.
• Prior experience overseeing inventory and parts ordering
• Detail oriented and highly organized
• Experience with coaching and training installers
• Valid driver's license
