One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Frisco, TX is looking for a motivated HVAC Installation Helper to join our growing team! Responsibilities:

• Assist lead HVAC technicians with the installation of heating and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings
• Help transport, stage, and position HVAC equipment, tools, and materials at job sites
• Support ductwork installation, equipment mounting, and system setup tasks
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment on all job sites
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures during installations
• Communicate professionally with team members and customers throughout the job
• Learn HVAC installation techniques, tools, and best practices on the job

Requirements:

• No prior HVAC experience required - a willingness to learn is a must
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort working with hand and power tools
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing, and working in tight spaces
• Reliable, punctual, and professional with a strong work ethic
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation preferred
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and outdoor environments
• Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude

Compensation: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
