Requirements:

NC Mechanical License preferred, but not required; candidates should be willing to pursue licensure in the near future if they do not already hold one
Minimum8 years of verifiable residential HVAC Installation experience (some light commercial experience considered)
Previous experience in HVAC lead or management roles
Thorough knowledge of local and state codes, permitting, and safety standards
Respectful and professional demeanor when working with the install team and customers
Mentoring and teaching mindset to develop team members
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass background check and drug testing

Primary Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee projects, materials, and installation teams
Conduct pre-inspections to ensure ease of installation, cost control, and team safety
Coordinate closely with in-house team to maintain effective project flow
Mentor and guide team members to uphold quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
