Vailes Brothers is seeking an experienced HVAC Installation and Sales Manager to oversee residential installation operations, support sales efforts, and develop a high-performing team.

What You'll Do
- Oversee residential HVAC installation crews, schedules, and daily operations
- Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and project requirements
- Train, coach, and hold Comfort Advisors and installation team members accountable
- Work with Comfort Advisors to ensure accurate estimates and smooth installations
- Support sales efforts and customer consultations
- Monitor job quality, productivity, costs, and profitability
- Resolve installation challenges and customer concerns
What We're Looking For
- Strong residential HVAC installation experience
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Knowledge of HVAC equipment, system design, and installation practices
- Experience with HVAC sales, estimating, or customer consultations
- Ability to manage crews, schedules, and job profitability
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused leadership style with a commitment to quality
