What you'll do:
- Install residential HVAC systems (change-outs, new installs)
- Ensure installs are clean, efficient, and up to code
- Communicate clearly with customers on install day
- Represent the company with professionalism and pride
What we're looking for:
- HVAC install experience (2+ years preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- EPA Certification+ valid driver's license
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
